Ambient internet of things collision avoidance is provided. A method for ambient internet of things collision avoidance may include receiving a success rate of responses from a reader device and determining a common contention window during which a plurality of passive devices are configured to transmit the responses. The common contention window may be based on the success rate. The method may also include transmitting, to the plurality of passive devices, an activation signal comprising a random seed and an indication of the determined common contention window.[French]
L'invention concerne un évitement de collision de l'Internet des Objets ambiant. Un procédé d'évitement de collision de l'Internet des Objets ambiant peut consister à : recevoir un taux de réussite de réponses provenant d'un dispositif de lecture et déterminer une fenêtre de contention commune pendant laquelle une pluralité de dispositifs passifs sont configurés pour transmettre les réponses. La fenêtre de contention commune peut être basée sur le taux de réussite. Le procédé peut également consister à transmettre, à la pluralité de dispositifs passifs, un signal d'activation comprenant une graine aléatoire et une indication de la fenêtre de contention commune déterminée.
