Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a method for producing a nano-functional food, specifically nano-curcumin mixed with nano-filtered and quantum treated water to enhance water purity and bio-active compound efficacy in water. The process involves purifying water through nanofiltration, subjecting it to quantum treatment, and then mixing it with nano-sized functional food such as curcumin particles in a fully enclosed, high-speed agitation system. The resulting product, packaged under sterile conditions, provides a highly bio-available and stable form of curcumin, offering enhanced health benefits when consumed directly or added to other beverages. This method ensures the effective delivery of curcumin's therapeutic properties, making it a valuable addition to the functional food, nutraceutical, veterinary and agriculture irrigation applications.[French]
La présente invention concerne une méthode de production d'un aliment nanofonctionnel, en particulier de la nanocurcumine mélangée à de l'eau nanofiltrée et soumise à un traitement quantique afin d'améliorer la pureté de l'eau et l'efficacité de ses composés bioactifs. Le processus consiste à épurer l'eau par nanofiltration, à la soumettre à un traitement quantique, puis à la mélanger à des aliments fonctionnels de taille nanométrique, tels que des particules de curcumine, dans un système d'agitation à grande vitesse entièrement fermé.
