Abstract[English]
A guiding device for forming an interventional channel, a transcatheter interventional system and a pre-expansion method are disclosed. The guiding device includes an outer sheath being a radially deformable tube, a hemostatic valve connected to a proximal end of the outer sheath, and a driving member including a head and a transmission part. The driving member has an initial position and a working direction directed from the initial position toward the proximal end. The driving member moves along the working direction to expand the outer sheath until being withdrawn outside the human body, which improves the efficiency and reduces the resistance of the outer sheath to the driving member, and the pulling operation is less difficult and has lower requirements on the structural strength of the transmission part.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif de guidage pour former un canal d'intervention, un système d'intervention transcathéter et un procédé de pré-expansion. Le dispositif de guidage comprend une gaine externe qui est un tube pouvant se déformer radialement, une valve hémostatique reliée à une extrémité proximale de la gaine externe, et un élément d'entraînement comprenant une tête et une partie de transmission. L'élément d'entraînement présente une position initiale et une direction de travail dirigée de la position initiale vers l'extrémité proximale.
