Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a holder, for rolled paper products, comprising: (a) a base member, comprising: i) a compartment; ii) a first receptacle, fixed to said compartment, comprising a central bore; iii) one spring disposed in said first receptacle and being coaxial with said central bore of said first receptable; iv) a disc disposed on said resilient member, comprising: at least one ramp protruding therefrom facing away said resilient member; and a central aperture being coaxial with said central bore of said first receptable; v) a rotation member having a complementary structure to the structure of said first receptacle, such that said rotation member fittingly assembling to said first receptacle can rotate with respect to said first receptacle, in which, said rotation member comprising: a central aperture superimposed to said central bore of said first receptacle, and a plurality of crests and troughs facing said ramp of said disc; vi) a stopper, partially received in said central bore of said first receptacle and said central aperture of said rotation member; vii) a fastener, for fastening said stopper to said first receptacle, wherein said stopper is profiled to maintain the assembled state of said rotation member to said first receptacle; and (b) a rod member, contacting said rotation member. The present invention also relates to the holder that is configured to configure said rod member to accommodate a removable container.[French]
La présente invention concerne un support, pour produits en papier enroulés, comprenant : (a) un élément de base, comprenant : i) un compartiment ; ii) un premier réceptacle, fixé audit compartiment, comprenant un alésage central ; iii) un ressort disposé dans ledit premier réceptacle et qui est coaxial audit alésage central dudit premier réceptacle ; iv) un disque disposé sur ledit élément élastique, comprenant : au moins une rampe dépassant de celui-ci faisant face audit élément élastique ; et une ouverture centrale étant coaxiale audit alésage central de ladite première réception ; v) un élément de rotation ayant une structure complémentaire de la structure dudit premier réceptacle, de telle sorte que ledit élément de rotation s'assemblant par ajustement audit premier réceptacle peut tourner par rapport audit premier réceptacle, dans lequel ledit élément de rotation comprend : une ouverture centrale superposée audit alésage central dudit premier réceptacle, et une pluralité de crêtes et de creux faisant face à ladite rampe dudit disque ; vi) un bouchon, partiellement reçu dans ledit alésage central dudit premier réceptacle et ladite ouverture centrale dudit élément de rotation ; vii) un élément de fixation, pour fixer ledit bouchon audit premier réceptacle, ledit bouchon étant profilé pour maintenir l'état assemblé dudit élément de rotation audit premier réceptacle ; et (b) un élément de tige, en contact avec ledit élément de rotation. La présente invention concerne également le support qui est conçu pour adapter ledit élément de tige à recevoir un récipient amovible.
