Abstract[English]
There is provided a computer implemented method for generating an image depicting a personalized surrogate of a cardiac conduction system of a subject, comprising: receiving a 3D image depicting a heart of a subject, analyzing the 3D image for detecting a plurality of gross anatomical features, generating an indication of the cardiac conduction system of the subject according to computed correlations between a plurality of structures of the cardiac conduction system and the plurality of gross anatomical features, and wherein the indication of the cardiac conduction system denotes a surrogate of the cardiac conduction system personalized for the subject.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé mis en oeuvre par ordinateur pour générer une image représentant un substitut personnalisé d'un système de conduction cardiaque d'un sujet, comprenant : la réception d'une image 3D représentant le coeur d'un sujet, l'analyse de l'image 3D pour détecter une pluralité de caractéristiques anatomiques brutes, la génération d'une indication du système de conduction cardiaque du sujet selon des corrélations calculées entre une pluralité de structures du système de conduction cardiaque et la pluralité de caractéristiques anatomiques brutes, et l'indication du système de conduction cardiaque désignant un substitut du système de conduction cardiaque personnalisé pour le sujet.
