Abstract[English]
The present invention provides a process for injection moulding a plastic mass in a cavity using an injection element, comprising the steps of: feeding the plastic mass from the injection element into the cavity within a mould by feeding the plastic mass through a plurality of material supply openings such that a plurality of independent flow strands of the plastic mass are fed into the cavity, the cavity being configured to have at least one side planar surface, wherein the flow strands comprises a central flow strand and a plurality of surrounding flow strands; and forming a plurality of rectangular flow strands from the material supply openings.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de moulage par injection d'une masse plastique dans une cavité à l'aide d'un élément d'injection, comprenant les étapes consistant à : introduire la masse plastique à partir de l'élément d'injection dans la cavité à l'intérieur d'un moule par introduction de la masse plastique à travers une pluralité d'ouvertures d'alimentation en matériau de telle sorte qu'une pluralité de brins d'écoulement indépendants de la masse plastique sont introduits dans la cavité, la cavité étant conçue pour présenter au moins une surface plane latérale, les brins d'écoulement comprenant un brin d'écoulement central et une pluralité de brins d'écoulement environnants ; et former une pluralité de brins d'écoulement rectangulaires provenant des ouvertures d'alimentation en matériau.
