Abstract[English]
A device and method of treating cancerous tissue from a blood vessel, such as a blood vessel proximate a pancreas having pancreatic cancer. The device includes a disruption apparatus and a fixation element fixing a position of the disruption apparatus within the blood vessel. The disruption apparatus is configured to disrupt cancer cells of the pancreatic cancer from within the blood vessel. The method includes delivering the device through the blood vessel to a position adjacent to the cancerous tissue, and disrupting the cancerous tissue by delivering heat or energy to the cancer. L'invention concerne un dispositif et une méthode de traitement de tissu cancéreux à partir d'un vaisseau sanguin, par exemple un vaisseau sanguin à proximité d'un pancréas cancéreux. Le dispositif comprend un appareil de destruction et un élément de fixation fixant une position de l'appareil de destruction à l'intérieur du vaisseau sanguin. L'appareil de destruction est conçu pour détruire des cellules cancéreuses du cancer du pancréas depuis l'intérieur du vaisseau sanguin. La méthode consiste à mettre en place le dispositif par l'intermédiaire du vaisseau sanguin jusqu'à une position adjacente au tissu cancéreux, et à détruire le tissu cancéreux par application de chaleur ou d'énergie.
