Abstract[English]
The present disclosure generally relates to ophthalmic compositions and multidose systems for topically applying compositions to a surface, e.g. an eye surface. Multidose systems of the present disclosure can include a multidose preservative-free (MDPF) eye dropper bottle system and an ophthalmic composition having an therapeutic agent, a viscosifying agent having a concentration of about 0.01 %w/v to about 5 %w/v, and a surfactant having a concentration of about 0.005 %w/v to about 7 %w/, wherein the composition lacks a preservative.[French]
La présente invention concerne de manière générale des compositions ophtalmiques et des systèmes multidoses pour l'application topique de compositions sur une surface, par exemple une surface oculaire.
