Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides, among other things, a method of isolating and expanding gamma delta (γδ) T cells, wherein the method comprises: (a) isolating non- hematopoeitic tissue by biopsy or explant, and (b) culturing the isolated non-hematopoeitic tissue in the absence of a three-dimensional scaffold or grid, thereby expanding and isolating gamma delta (γδ) T cells.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne, entre autres, un procédé d'isolement et d'expansion de lymphocytes T gamma delta (γδ), le procédé consistant à : (a) isoler un tissu non hématopoïétique par biopsie ou explant, et (b) cultiver le tissu non hématopoïétique isolé en l'absence d'un échafaudage ou d'une grille tridimensionnelle, ce qui permet d'étendre et d'isoler des lymphocytes T gamma delta (γδ).
