Abstract[English]
A method of applying tumor treating fields to a subject includes: locating a plurality of transducers on the subject, the plurality of transducers being located to focus electric fields around a spinal area of the subject; and alternately inducing a first electric field for a first set of the transducers and a second electric field for a second set of the transducers.[French]
Un procédé d'application de champs de traitement de tumeurs à un sujet consiste à : placer une pluralité de transducteurs sur le sujet, la pluralité de transducteurs étant située pour focaliser des champs électriques autour d'une zone vertébrale du sujet ; et induire en alternance un premier champ électrique pour un premier ensemble des transducteurs et un second champ électrique pour un second ensemble des transducteurs.
