Abstract[English]
An apparatus and method for production of green ammonia using a heat exchanger unit controls a compressor unit to increase a first pressure value of a first set of reactants to a second pressure value, and a set of heat exchanger units to increase temperature of a second set of reactants to a second temperature value using heat generated during production of green ammonia in the reactor. The apparatus also controls a reactor unit to produce green ammonia at a first timestamp and at a second timestamp based upon a chemical reaction between the reactants of the corresponding first and second set of reactants. The second set of reactants are fed into the reactor unit at the second pressure value and a third temperature value. The apparatus also controls a storage unit to store green ammonia produced at the first and second timestamps.[French]
L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de production d'ammoniac vert au moyen d'une unité d'échangeur de chaleur, qui commande une unité compresseur afin d'augmenter une première valeur de pression d'un premier ensemble de réactifs à une seconde valeur de pression, et un ensemble d'unités d'échangeur de chaleur pour augmenter la température d'un second ensemble de réactifs à une deuxième valeur de température à l'aide de la chaleur générée pendant la production d'ammoniac vert dans le réacteur. L'appareil commande également une unité réacteur pour produire de l'ammoniac vert à une première estampille temporelle et à une seconde estampille temporelle, sur la base d'une réaction chimique entre les réactifs du premier et du second ensemble de réactifs correspondants. Le second ensemble de réactifs est introduit dans l'unité réacteur à la seconde valeur de pression et à une troisième valeur de température.
