Abstract[English]
A method of monitoring a commodity within a container includes receiving first temperature data from an uppermost sensor node of a cable of a cable assembly within the container, receiving second temperature data from a lower sensor node of the cable, based at least partially on the first temperature data, determining a first entropy value associated with the first temperature data, based at least partially on the second temperature data, determining a second entropy value associated with the second temperature data, comparing the first entropy value with the second entropy value, and, based at least partially on the comparison of the first entropy value to the second entropy value, determining whether the lower sensor node of the cable is in the commodity within the container or out of the commodity within the container.[French]
