Disclosed herein is an electric motor. The disclosed electric motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a stator base and a plurality of coils attached fixedly to an inner surface of the stator base. The rotor includes a rotor base, a plurality of inner magnets, and a plurality of outer magnets. The plurality of inner magnets and the plurality of outer magnets attached fixedly to an inner surface of the rotor base. The stator and the rotor are concentrically coupled with each other in such a way that the plurality of coils are placed between the plurality of inner magnets and the plurality of outer magnets and the inner surface of the stator base and the inner surface of the rotor base face toward each other.[French]
