Abstract[English]
A metal-part welding apparatus based on an angular direction change, comprising a base (1) and a welding torch body (2). The apparatus does not require the cooperation between two operators for welding, and by means of the welding torch body, circumferential weld seams can be automatically welded, thereby improving the work efficiency and welding precision. The present disclosure also relates to a metal-part welding method based on an angular direction change.[French]
