Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to the field of prevention of herpes infections, in particularly to a pharmaceutical composition for oromucosal administration for vaccination against cytomegalovirus infections and the use of cytomegalovirus glycoprotein B. The pharmaceutical composition comprises, as an active ingredient, cytomegalovirus glycoprotein B, which is releasably contained in the pharmaceutical composition in a carrier for oromucosal administration of physiologically active agents, comprising at least one flexible active layer of polymeric nanofibers in which cytomegalovirus glycoprotein B is releasably contained, and at least one cover layer of polymeric nanofibers.[French]
La présente invention relève du domaine de la prévention des infections à herpès, et concerne en particulier une composition pharmaceutique pour administration oromucosale prévue pour la vaccination contre les infections à cytomégalovirus et l'utilisation de la glycoprotéine B de cytomégalovirus. La composition pharmaceutique contient, en tant que principe actif, une glycoprotéine B de cytomégalovirus, qui est contenue de manière libérable dans la composition pharmaceutique dans un support prévu pour l'administration oromucosale d'agents physiologiquement actifs, comprenant au moins une couche active flexible de nanofibres polymères qui contient de manière libérable la glycoprotéine B de cytomégalovirus, et au moins une couche de couverture en nanofibres polymères.
