Abstract[English]
Power transmission systems face various issues like insulators becoming conductive, corrosion, tears in the transmission line, etc. Therefore, Checking and maintaining these systems is important, but it can be dangerous due to the powerful magnetic fields and height. Inspector drones, mostly quadcopters, could be the solution to solve these problems. However, they have limited flight time due to battery usage and the heaviness of the high-capacity batteries. To overcome this, drones should be able to move on the cables using a gearbox motor and rolling wheels after reaching a specific altitude.[French]
Les systèmes de transmission de puissance sont confrontés à divers problèmes tels que les isolants qui deviennent conducteurs, la corrosion, les fissures dans la ligne de transmission, etc. Par conséquent, la vérification et l'entretien de ces systèmes sont importants, mais ces opérations peuvent être dangereuses en raison des champs magnétiques puissants et de la hauteur. Des drones d'inspection, principalement des quadricoptères, pourraient être la solution pour résoudre ces problèmes.
