Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a method for analysis of a sample for the presence of one or more target nucleic acids, the method comprising i) contacting the sample with one or more hybridization agents capable of hybridizing to said one or more target nucleic acids to obtain a mixture of the agent and the sample, ii) diluting the mixture obtained in i with a stringency buffer (such as a high-stringency buffer), in the presence of which specific hybridization between the one or more hybridization agents and their respective target nucleic acids is favored over non-specific hybridization events, iii) detecting, qualitatively or quantitatively, hybridization agent(s) hybridized to target nucleic acids in the mixture, which optionally is further diluted.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'analyse d'un échantillon pour détecter la présence d'un ou plusieurs acides nucléiques cibles, le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : i) mise en contact de l'échantillon avec un ou plusieurs agents d'hybridation pouvant s'hybrider avec ledit ou plusieurs acides nucléiques cibles pour obtenir un mélange de l'agent et de l'échantillon ; ii) dilution du mélange obtenu en i avec un tampon de stringence (tel qu'un tampon de haute stringence), en présence duquel l'hybridation spécifique entre le ou les agents d'hybridation et leurs acides nucléiques cibles respectifs est favorisée par rapport aux événements d'hybridation non spécifiques ; iii) détection, qualitative ou quantitative, du ou des agents d'hybridation hybridés aux acides nucléiques cibles dans le mélange, qui est éventuellement encore dilué.
