Abstract[English]
This invention is related to research antibodies with practical applications. there have been various markers for identifying granulocytes, macrophages, and also macrophages, and neutrophils associated with tumors. This invention introduces the protein RTL1, using a specific antibody against it, as a completely specific and new marker in peripheral blood granulocytes, tissue macrophages, and macrophages and neutrophils in human cancerous tissue. After selecting the peptide and conjugating it with the KLH protein, injections were made into rabbits to produce polyclonal antibodies. the antibodies, immunized from rabbit serum, were sorted using chromatography columns with the peptide ligand. Finally, the specificity of the antibodies to granulocytes, macrophages, and also macrophages and neutrophils associated with tumors was evaluated through flow cytometry techniques and immunohistochemistry on tissues. one of the potential applications of these antibodies is the purification and isolation of these cells, as well as the targeting of macrophages, tumor-associated granulocytes in cancer immunotherap[French]
Cette invention concerne la recherche d'anticorps ayant des applications pratiques. Divers marqueurs permettent d'identifier des granulocytes, des macrophages, ainsi que des macrophages, et des neutrophiles associés à des tumeurs. Cette invention introduit la protéine RTL1, à l'aide d'un anticorps spécifique contre celui-ci, en tant que nouveau marqueur complètement spécifique dans des granulocytes sanguins périphériques, des macrophages tissulaires, et des macrophages et des neutrophiles dans un tissu cancéreux humain. Après la sélection du peptide et sa conjugaison avec la protéine KLH, des injections ont été effectuées dans des lapins pour produire des anticorps polyclonaux.
