Abstract[English]
This invention provides a bio-based binder composition and preparation method therefor. In one embodiment, said bio-based binder composition comprises: a) 0.01 to 60 wt.% of a polyphenol; b) 0.5 to 90 wt.% of a first bio-based polymer, comprising multiple amino or hydroxyl groups as first Michael donors for a first Michael addition reaction with a first Michael acceptor formed by oxidation of said polyphenol; c) 0.5 to 90 wt.% of a second bio-based polymer; d) 0.01 to 50 wt.% of a metallic compound, said metallic compound is selected from the group consisting of aluminum(III), calcium(II), copper(II), gold(III), silver(I), titanium(IV), sodium (I) and zinc(II) compounds; and e) 1 to 99 wt.% of a protic solvent; wherein said bio-based binder composition can be adjusted to a condition for forming a transparent polymeric network cross-linked by covalent and non-covalent interactions.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition de liant biosourcé et son procédé de préparation. Dans un mode de réalisation, ladite composition de liant biosourcé comprend : a) de 0,01 à 60% en poids d'un polyphénol ; b) de 0,5 à 90% en poids d'un premier polymère biosourcé, comprenant de multiples groupes amino ou hydroxyle en tant que premiers donneurs de Michael pour une première réaction d'addition de Michael avec un premier accepteur de Michael formé par oxydation dudit polyphénol ; c) de 0,5 à 90% en poids d'un second polymère biosourcé ; d) de 0,01 à 50% en poids d'un composé métallique, ledit composé métallique étant choisi dans le groupe consistant en les composés de l'aluminium (III), du calcium (II), du cuivre (II), de l'or (III), de l'argent (I), du titane (IV), du sodium (I) et du zinc (II) ; et e) de 1 à 99% en poids d'un solvant protique, ladite composition de liant biosourcé pouvant être ajustée à une condition pour former un réseau polymère transparent réticulé par des interactions covalentes et non covalentes.
