Abstract[English] A surface modified substrate comprising at least one thermo-responsive diblock copolymer is developed for producing an integrated cell sheet. The surface modified substrate comprises a diblock copolymer containing poly (N-isopropyl acrylamide) segment. At final step of the preparing method of the surface modified substrate, a direct immersion annealing is applied on a polymeric substrate to modify a surface of the polymeric substrate. The direct immersion annealing can change the surface morphology and roughness that can be suitable for more cell attachment. The produced integrated cell sheet has a dimension of at least 1cm ×1cm.[French] Un substrat modifié en surface comprenant au moins un copolymère dibloc thermosensible est développé pour produire une feuille cellulaire intégrée. Le substrat à surface modifiée comprend un copolymère dibloc contenant un segment de poly(N-isopropylacrylamide). Lors de l'étape finale du procédé de préparation du substrat à surface modifiée, un recuit par immersion directe est appliqué à un substrat polymère pour modifier une surface du substrat polymère. Le recuit par immersion directe peut modifier la morphologie et la rugosité de surface qui peuvent être appropriées pour une fixation cellulaire supplémentaire. La feuille cellulaire intégrée produite a une dimension d'au moins 1 cm × 1 cm.
