Abstract[English] The disclosure provides methods of treating a solid tumor in a subject comprising administration of a cell comprising a nucleic acid molecule encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), wherein the CAR comprises an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds IL-1RAP, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular signaling domain comprising at least a stimulatory domain.[French] L'invention concerne des méthodes de traitement d'une tumeur solide chez un sujet, consistant à administrer une cellule comprenant une molécule d'acide nucléique codant pour un récepteur antigénique chimérique (CAR), le CAR comprenant un anticorps ou un fragment de liaison à l'antigène de celui-ci qui se lie à IL-1RAP, un domaine transmembranaire, et un domaine de signalisation intracellulaire comprenant au moins un domaine de stimulation.
