Abstract[English]
There is provided a battery cell dismantling system comprising: a battery carrier, configured to house a battery; a transportation means configured to carry the battery carrier through the system in a first direction; a first cutting station comprising first and second cutting tools, the first cutting tool being located on a first side of the transportation means and the second cutting tool being located on a second side of the transportation means, each of the first and second cutting tools being configured to apply a cutting force in a second direction that opposes the first direction; and an extraction station comprising: a pressing means that is moveable in a third direction on the first side of the transportation means and configured to apply a pressing force to a first side of the battery cell, wherein the third direction is perpendicular to the first direction; and an extraction means located on a second side of the transportation means and being configured to extract material from a second side of the battery cell.[French]
La présente invention concerne un système de démontage d'élément de batterie comprenant : un support de batterie, configuré pour loger une batterie ; un moyen de transport configuré pour transporter le support de batterie à travers le système dans une première direction ; un premier poste de coupe comprenant des premier et second outils de coupe, le premier outil de coupe étant situé sur un premier côté du moyen de transport et le second outil de coupe étant situé sur un second côté du moyen de transport, chacun des premier et second outils de coupe étant conçu pour appliquer une force de coupe dans une deuxième direction qui est opposée à la première direction ; et une station d'extraction comprenant : un moyen de pression qui est mobile dans une troisième direction sur le premier côté du moyen de transport et configuré pour appliquer une force de pression à un premier côté de l'élément de batterie, la troisième direction étant perpendiculaire à la première direction ; et un moyen d'extraction situé sur un second côté du moyen de transport et étant configuré pour extraire un matériau d'un second côté de l'élément de batterie.
