Abstract[English]
The present disclosure describes systems, devices, and methods for high-throughput electroporation of a donor cell. The systems can include a perforated membrane having one or more layers, each comprising a plurality of channels disposed through each layer. The systems can also include spacer arrays in contact with a perforated membrane to create a plurality of cell electroporation chambers for high-throughput cell electroporation.[French]
