There is provided an apparatus (100) for administering a medicament to a patient, comprising: a plurality of elongated medicament carriers, wherein closed pockets of the medicament carriers contain a medicament dose in powder form; and a dispensing mechanism configured to act on the plurality of elongated medicament carriers upon an actuation of an manual actuation lever (402) to dispense at least one of the medicament doses carried by the plurality of elongated medicament carriers. An advantageous example is characterized in that the dispensing mechanism comprises a transport mechanism configured to pull one or a plurality of peeled-off lid foils causing a transport of at least one opened pocket of an associated base foil of the one or a plurality of medicament carriers. L'invention concerne un appareil (100) pour administrer un médicament à un patient, comprenant : une pluralité de supports de médicament allongés, des poches fermées des supports de médicament contenant une dose de médicament sous forme de poudre ; et un mécanisme de distribution conçu pour agir sur la pluralité de supports de médicament allongés lors d'un actionnement d'un levier d'actionnement manuel (402) pour distribuer au moins l'une des doses de médicament portées par la pluralité de supports de médicament allongés.
