Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a method for controlling a comminution plant 12. The plant can be designed for the secondary and tertiary crushing of rock with a plurality of circuits and control variables. The method is advantageous for process monitoring of the plant 12 in that the expert system 10 can recognize the most common error states based on the recorded, real operating data 18 in conjunction with the simulation 14. In this way, suitable indicators can be identified to warn an operator at an early stage.[French]
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé permettant de commander une installation de broyage (12). L'installation peut être conçue pour le broyage secondaire et tertiaire de roche avec une pluralité de circuits et de variables de commande. Le procédé est avantageux pour la surveillance de processus de l'installation (12) en ce que le système expert (10) peut reconnaître les états d'erreur les plus courants sur la base des données de fonctionnement réelles enregistrées (18) conjointement avec la simulation (14). De cette manière, des indicateurs appropriés peuvent être identifiés pour avertir un opérateur à un stade précoce.
