Abstract[English]
Disclosed are manifold devices for improved detection of signals during immunoassays and Western blotting methods. Embodiments of manifolds of the disclosure comprise: atop plate, the top plate comprising a plurality of open channels extending along the top plate and through the thickness of the top plate; and a bottom plate, the top plate and bottom plate being configured to engage together in an assembled configuration with a protein-containing membrane disposed therebetween such that the protein-containing membrane is accessible through the open channels of the top plate. Methods of use of manifolds for improved immunoassays are also disclosed.[French]
L'invention concerne des dispositifs collecteurs pour une détection améliorée de signaux pendant des dosages immunologiques et des procédés de transfert de type Western. Des modes de réalisation de collecteurs selon l'invention comprennent : une plaque supérieure comprenant une pluralité de canaux ouverts s'étendant le long de la plaque supérieure et à travers l'épaisseur de la plaque supérieure ; et une plaque inférieure. La plaque supérieure et la plaque inférieure sont conçues pour venir en prise ensemble dans une configuration assemblée avec une membrane contenant des protéines disposée entre celles-ci de telle sorte que la membrane contenant des protéines soit accessible à travers les canaux ouverts de la plaque supérieure.
