Abstract[English] Methods and systems for automatically analyzing a collection of samples, the method including ionizing a plurality of samples, capturing a plurality of raw mass spectra for the ionized plurality of samples, and for at least one sample of the plurality of samples: generating a deconvoluted mass spectrum of the sample based on the captured plurality of raw mass spectra, accessing a reference mass of the sample, comparing the generated deconvoluted mass spectrum to the reference mass, and determining a covalent bonding in the sample based on the comparison, wherein the generating, the accessing, the comparing and the determining is performed contemporaneously for more than one sample of the plurality of samples.[French] Procédés et systèmes d'analyse automatique d'une collection d'échantillons, le procédé consistant à ioniser une pluralité d'échantillons, à capturer une pluralité de spectres de masse bruts pour la pluralité ionisée d'échantillons, et pour au moins un échantillon de la pluralité d'échantillons, à générer un spectre de masse déconvolué de l'échantillon sur la base de la pluralité capturée de spectres de masse bruts, à accéder à une masse de référence de l'échantillon, à comparer le spectre de masse déconvolué généré à la masse de référence, et à déterminer une liaison covalente dans l'échantillon sur la base de la comparaison, la génération, l'accès, la comparaison et la détermination étant effectués simultanément pour plus d'un échantillon de la pluralité d'échantillons.
