Abstract[English]
A method for administering an injectable filler to compensate for an aesthetic deficit in the temporal region is provided. The method includes determining the volume deficit associated with loss of brow height requiring lifting or excess volume loss requiring volumization. The method includes selecting an injectable filler such as a hyaluronic acid gel filler selected from a group I filler or a group II filler. The hyaluronic acid gel is characterized by an X strain of 500% to 2500% and a G' from 0 Pa to 300 Pa (group I) or an X strain of 0% to 500% and a G' from 500 Pa to 800 Pa (group II). The method includes administering the group I filler as a deep injection to correct a deficit in lift or the group II filler as a deep injection or superficial injection to correct a deficit in volume.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'administrer une charge injectable pour compenser un déficit esthétique dans la région temporale. Le procédé consiste à déterminer le déficit de volume associé à une perte de hauteur de sourcils nécessitant un remodelage ou à une perte de volume en excès nécessitant une volumisation. Le procédé consiste à sélectionner une charge injectable telle qu'une charge de gel d'acide hyaluronique choisie parmi une charge du groupe I ou une charge du groupe II. Le gel d'acide hyaluronique est caractérisé par une souche X de 500 % à 2 500 % et un G' de 0 Pa à 300 Pa (groupe I) ou une souche X de 0 % à 500 % et un G' de 500 Pa à 800 Pa (groupe II). Le procédé consiste à administrer la charge du groupe I en tant qu'injection profonde pour corriger un déficit de remodelage ou la charge du groupe II en tant qu'injection profonde ou injection superficielle pour corriger un déficit en volume.
