Abstract[English] The present invention relates to a social assistance robot system and a method of implementing the same, and in particular to the training and support of persons with neurodevelopmental disorders such as persons with autism. The robot is in the form of a stuffed daisy and can present facial expressions, communicate in verbal and non-verbal ways and cooperate/direct the child in any activity desired by the expert. The system, through the physical presence of the robot entity and the development of an intimate relationship between it and the person with ASD (by applying the method), acts as a mediator offering constant communication and outreach. This allows each education and care professional and each daily care professional to address the barriers of the person with ASD to communication and to implement their work.[French] La présente invention concerne un système de robot d'assistance sociale et son procédé de mise en œuvre, et en particulier l'entraînement et le soutien de personnes ayant des troubles neurodéveloppementaux telles que des personnes souffrant d'autisme. Le robot se présente sous la forme d'une marguerite en peluche et peut présenter des expressions faciales, communiquer de manière verbale et non verbale et coopérer avec/diriger l'enfant dans n'importe quelle activité souhaitée par l'expert. Le système, par la présence physique de l'entité robotique et le développement d'une relation intime entre celui-ci et la personne présentant un TSA (par application du procédé), agit comme un médiateur offrant une communication et un contact constants. Ceci permet à chaque professionnel d'éducation et de soins et à chaque professionnel de soins quotidiens de réduire les obstacles à la communication avec la personne présentant un TSA et de mettre en œuvre leur travail.
