Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides bicyclic heteroaryl compounds and their derivatives of formula (I), which are therapeutically useful as PKMYT1 inhibitors. (I) These compounds are useful in the treatment and/or prevention of diseases or conditions responsive to the inhibition of PKMYT1 activity. Compounds of the present disclosure are especially useful for treating cancer. The present disclosure also provides processes for preparation of the compounds and pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one of the compounds of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a stereoisomer thereof.[French]
La présente invention concerne des composés hétéroaryle bicycliques et leurs dérivés de formule (I), qui sont thérapeutiquement utiles en tant qu'inhibiteurs de PKMYT1. (I) Ces composés sont utiles dans le traitement et/ou la prévention de maladies ou d'états sensibles à l'inhibition de l'activité de PKMYT1. Les composés de la présente invention sont particulièrement utiles pour le traitement du cancer.
