Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a malt extract for use in preventing or treating asthma or at least one of the symptoms of asthma in a mammal or avian. In particular the malt extract comprises one or more active enzymes selected from the group consisting of amylases, maltases, cellulases, fructanases, glucanases, xylanases and deacetylases.[French]
