Abstract[English] A system comprises: an inverter configured to convert DC power from a battery to AC power to drive a motor, wherein the inverter includes: a power switch including a drain terminal, a source terminal, and a gate terminal; and a controller configured to detect a change in current at the source terminal of the power switch using a complex impedance of a metal trace connected to the source terminal of the power switch, and control a gate control signal to the gate terminal based on the detected change in current.[French] La présente divulgation concerne un système qui comprend : un onduleur configuré pour convertir une puissance CC provenant d'une batterie en puissance CA pour entraîner un moteur, l'onduleur comprenant : un commutateur de puissance comprenant une borne de drain, une borne de source et une borne de grille ; et un dispositif de commande configuré pour détecter un changement de courant au niveau de la borne de source du commutateur de puissance à l'aide d'une impédance complexe d'une trace métallique connectée à la borne de source du commutateur de puissance, et commander un signal de commande de grille à la borne de grille sur la base du changement détecté de courant.
