Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to a low dielectric loss thermosetting resin composition comprising a copolymer comprising a monomer unit of Formula I and aliphatic unsaturated imide monomer unit of Formula II and at least one curing agent comprising maleimide, (meth)acrylate or vinyl groups.Formula I wherein R1 represents a hydrogen or aliphatic group and R2 represents a hydrogen, an aliphatic or aromatic group and Formula II wherein R3 is H or an alkyl group, R4 is an alkylidene group and R5 is an alkanediyl group The curing agent comprising maleimide, (meth)acrylate or vinyl groups is preferably polyfunctional. The resin composition optionally can contain a radical initiator. The resin composition may further comprise additives selected from flame retardants, fillers, coupling agents. The disclosure further relates to a prepreg or a copper clad laminate comprising the thermoset resin composition.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne une composition de résine thermodurcissable à faible perte diélectrique comprenant un copolymère comprenant un motif monomère de formule I et un motif monomère imide insaturé aliphatique de formule II et au moins un agent de durcissement comprenant des groupes maléimide, (méth)acrylate ou vinyle. Formule I dans laquelle R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe aliphatique et R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe aliphatique ou aromatique et formule II dans laquelle R3 représente H ou un groupe alkyle, R4 représente un groupe alkylidène et R5 un groupe alcanediyle. L'agent de durcissement comprenant des groupes maléimide, (méth)acrylate ou vinyle est de préférence polyfonctionnel. La composition de résine peut éventuellement contenir un initiateur de radicaux.
