Abstract[English]
A seed delivery system having: a seed meter (128) comprising a rotatable metering disc (129) configured to hold an array of singulated seeds; a seed accelerator (400) comprising an accelerator wheel (401) configured to dislodge the singulated seeds from the metering disc, and a seed chute (130) configured to receive the seeds dislodged by the accelerator wheel; wherein the accelerator wheel is rotatable to dislodge the seeds from the metering disc in a radial outward direction and accelerate dispensing of the seed to the seed chute; and a method for dispensing seeds for planting, including: forming a trench in soil with a row unit; rotating a metering disc holding an array of singulated seeds; rotating an accelerator wheel; dislodging the seeds from the metering disc in a radial outward direction with the accelerator wheel; and delivering the seeds to the trench.[French]
L'invention concerne un système de distribution de graines comprenant : un doseur de graines (128) comprenant un disque de dosage rotatif (129) conçu pour contenir un ensemble de graines séparées; un accélérateur de graines (400) comprenant une roue d'accélérateur (401) conçue pour déloger les graines séparées du disque de dosage, et une goulotte à graines (130) conçue pour recevoir les graines délogées par la roue d'accélérateur, la roue d'accélérateur pouvant tourner pour déloger les graines du disque de dosage dans une direction radiale vers l'extérieur et accélérer la distribution de la graine à la goulotte à graines; et un procédé de distribution de graines pour la plantation consistant à : former une tranchée dans le sol avec un rayonneur; faire tourner un disque de dosage contenant un ensemble de graines séparées; faire tourner une roue d'accélérateur; déloger les graines du disque de dosage dans une direction radiale vers l'extérieur avec la roue d'accélérateur; et distribuer les graines dans la tranchée.
