Abstract[English]
A device and method for providing a virtual reality image to a user involving the application of transcranial magnetic stimulation (IMS) to the user. The method comprises a) adjusting a navigational TMS unit to the user's individual characteristics including the features of the user's anatomy and visual perception; b) receiving information about the at least one virtual reality artefact to be provided by the TMS unit; c) controlling the, TMS unit to affect the user's brain regions in order to provide the at least one virtual reality artefact according to the received information about said virtual reality artefact, wherein said adjusting (a) includes determining of the TMS intensity, the TMS applicator positions, and TMS frequency providing the at least one virtual reality artefact. L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant de fournir une image de réalité virtuelle à un utilisateur impliquant l'application d'une stimulation magnétique transcrânienne (SMT) à l'utilisateur. Le procédé consiste à a) régler une unité SMT de navigation en fonction des caractéristiques individuelles de l'utilisateur, y compris les caractéristiques anatomiques et de perception visuelle de l'utilisateur ; b) recevoir des informations sur l’au moins un artefact de réalité virtuelle devant être fourni par l'unité SMT ; c) commander l'unité SMT de façon à affecter les régions cérébrales de l'utilisateur afin de fournir ledit artefact de réalité virtuelle en fonction des informations reçues concernant ledit artefact de réalité virtuelle, ledit réglage (a) consistant à déterminer l'intensité SMT, les positions de l'applicateur SMT et la fréquence SMT fournissant ledit artefact de réalité virtuelle.
