Abstract[English] The present invention pertains to the use of miRNA technology for improving recombinant production of CD39 or variants thereof in CHO cells. The miRNA is used for knockdown of the endogenous protein CCL2 of the CHO cells which is difficult to separate from CD39 or variants thereof during purification.[French] La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de la technologie des miARN pour améliorer la production recombinante de CD39 ou de variants de celui-ci dans des cellules CHO. Le miARN est utilisé pour l'inactivation de la protéine endogène CCL2 des cellules CHO qui est difficile à séparer de CD39 ou de variants de celui-ci pendant la purification.
