Abstract[English]
The present application provides substituted N-(pyridin-2-yl)acetamide derivatives of formula (I), which are therapeutically useful as CDK12/13 inhibitors. These compounds are useful in the treatment and/or prevention of diseases and/or disorders associated with CDK12/13 in a mammal. In addition, the present application provides preparation of the compounds and pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one of the substituted N-(pyridin-2-yl)acetamide derivatives of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an N-oxide or a stereoisomer thereof.[French]
La présente invention concerne des dérivés N-(pyridin-2-yl)acétamide substitués de formule (I) qui sont thérapeutiquement utiles en tant qu'inhibiteurs de CDK12/13. Ces composés sont utiles dans le traitement et/ou la prévention de maladies et/ou de troubles associés à CDK12/13 chez un mammifère. De plus, la présente invention concerne la préparation des composés et des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant au moins l'un des dérivés N-(pyridin-2-yl)acétamide substitués de formule (I) ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable, un N-oxyde ou un stéréoisomère correspondant.
