Abstract[English]
Low permeation barrier- and veneer -style multilayer fuel and air conditioning hoses are provided comprising an HNBR rubber layer directly bonded to a polyamide layer. A low extraction, peroxide cured HNBR thermoset rubber formulation is provided that directly bonds to polyamide thermoplastic during the vulcanization step without the need of external glue adhesive application.[French]
L'invention concerne des tuyaux de carburant et de conditionnement d'air multicouches de style barrière et placage à faible perméation comprenant une couche de caoutchouc HNBR directement liée à une couche de polyamide. Une formulation de caoutchouc thermodurcissable HNBR durcie au peroxyde et à faible extraction est fournie qui se lie directement au thermoplastique polyamide pendant l'étape de vulcanisation sans qu'une application externe de colle soit nécessaire.
