Abstract[English]
In one aspect, a method of operating a high-throughput mass analysis device is disclosed, which includes sampling an unseparated sample from at least one sample holding element during a sampling interval for introduction of the sample into an ion source for ionizing the sample to generate a plurality of ions associated with at least one target analyte (herein also referred to as a target compound), if any, in said sample for delivery to an ion mobility separation device, and activating at least one control parameter of said ion mobility separation device for detection of said ions based on timing of the sampling of the sample and at least one identifier associated with the sample.[French]
Selon un aspect, est divulgué un procédé de fonctionnement d'un dispositif d'analyse de masse à haut débit, qui consiste à échantillonner un échantillon non séparé à partir d'au moins un élément de support d'échantillon pendant un intervalle d'échantillonnage en vue de l'introduction de l'échantillon dans une source d'ions de manière à ioniser l'échantillon pour produire une pluralité d'ions associés à au moins un analyte cible (également appelé dans la description composé cible), si présent, dans ledit échantillon en vue de la distribution dudit échantillon à un dispositif de séparation à mobilité ionique, et à activer au moins un paramètre de commande dudit dispositif de séparation à mobilité ionique en vue d'une détection desdits ions reposant sur le moment de l'échantillonnage de l'échantillon et au moins un identificateur associé à l'échantillon.
