Abstract[English]
The immune system to prevent any damages to the inferior alveolar nerve also the Schneiderian membrane during the dental implant surgery, the system which consists of the below components: - An implant drill, which be able to drill a hole in the inferior jaw of the patient. - A conductive clip, which be able to be connected to the patient's lower lip. - A controller, which is in connection with the implant drill and the ohmmeter. - An ohmmeter, which is connected to the implant drill through the first wire and to the conductive clip through the second wire. The ohmmeter is set in a way that is able to calculate the electrical resistance between the implant drill and the conductive clip. The preset amount of the electrical resistance is equal to 400 Ohm in this system.[French]
L'invention concerne un système immunitaire destiné à empêcher tout dommage au nerf alvéolaire inférieur ainsi que la muqueuse pituitaire pendant la chirurgie d'implant dentaire, le système étant constitué des composants ci-dessous : - un foret d'implant, qui peut percer un trou dans la mâchoire inférieure du patient. - Une pince conductrice, qui peut être reliée à la lèvre inférieure du patient. - Un dispositif de commande, qui est en liaison avec le foret d'implant et l'ohmmètre. - Un ohmmètre, qui est relié au foret d'implant par le premier fil et à la pince conductrice par le second fil. L'ohmmètre est réglé de manière à pouvoir calculer la résistance électrique entre le foret d'implant et la pince conductrice. La quantité prédéfinie de la résistance électrique est égale à 400 Ohm dans ce système.
