Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a floating marine platform by means of templates. The floating marine platform comprises a central column, multiple peripheral circumferentially around the central column, and radially extending outriggers from the central column that connect the peripheral columns with the central column. The templates comprise an inner outrigger template, an outer outrigger template, a central column template and a peripheral column template, wherein on a first location under a first temperature a first pair with the inner outrigger template and the central column template is formed, and on a second location under a second temperature a second pair with the outer outrigger template and the peripheral column template is formed. Subsequently the central column, the peripheral columns and the outriggers are formed by means of the templates, under different temperatures.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une plateforme marine flottante au moyen de gabarits. La plateforme marine flottante comprend une colonne centrale, de multiples colonnes périphériques entourant la colonne centrale, et des stabilisateurs s'étendant radialement à partir de la colonne centrale et reliant les colonnes périphériques à la colonne centrale. Les gabarits comprennent un gabarit de stabilisateur interne, un gabarit de stabilisateur externe, un gabarit de colonne centrale et un gabarit de colonne périphérique, à un premier emplacement sous une première température, une première paire avec le gabarit de stabilisateur interne et le gabarit de colonne centrale étant formée, et à un second emplacement sous une seconde température, une seconde paire avec le gabarit de stabilisateur externe et le gabarit de colonne périphérique étant formée. Par la suite, la colonne centrale, les colonnes périphériques et les stabilisateurs sont formés au moyen des gabarits, à différentes températures.
