Abstract[English]
Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to a user equipment (UE) that initiates sidelink carrier aggregation. The UE, also referred to as an initiating member UE, starts transmission on one carrier and checks for carrier aggregation capability of all member UEs. For example, the initiating member UE checks whether all member UEs support carrier aggregation. To achieve this, the initiating member UE provides a list of carriers, e.g., by selecting less congested carriers based on a channel busy ratio (CBR) calculation to the member UEs and then the other member UEs respond indicating which carriers are suitable for them and the initiating member UE is able to begin sidelink communication using carrier aggregation on a combination of carriers based at least in part on the responses of the other member UEs.[French]
Divers aspects de la présente divulgation concernent un équipement utilisateur (UE) qui initie une agrégation de porteuses de liaison latérale. L'UE, également appelé UE membre initiateur, débute la transmission sur une porteuse et vérifie la capacité d'agrégation de porteuses de tous les UE membres.
