Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates generally to viral vectors comprising an engineered transgene capable of crossing the blood brain barrier and uses thereof in the treatment of diseases presenting with central nervous system manifestations, such as, but not limited to Hunter syndrome, Gaucher disease, and Sanfilippo syndrome.[French]
