Abstract[English] The present invention provides a novel 3D printing process for metal printers that aims to reduce the process lead time while using compact equipment and conserving resources. The process includes feedstock preparation, printing, debinding, sintering, and heat treatment. By integrating debinding, sintering, and heat treatment into a single cycle, the process significantly reduces the lead time by hours, making it a faster and more efficient method for producing 3D metal parts. The novel feedstock mixture, including but not limited to metallic powder, reinforcement, and a binder system with lubricating agents, allows for the successful molten material extrusion hence the printing of complex parts. The integration of debinding, sintering, and heat treatment into a single cycle significantly reduces the process lead.[French] La présente invention concerne un nouveau processus d'impression 3D pour imprimantes à métal qui vise à réduire le délai d'exécution de processus tout en utilisant un équipement compact et en préservant les ressources. Le processus comprend une préparation de charge d'alimentation, une impression, un déliement, un frittage et un traitement thermique. En intégrant le déliement, le frittage et le traitement thermique en un seul cycle, le processus réduit significativement le délai d'exécution en termes d'heures, ce qui le rend plus rapide et plus efficace pour la production de pièces métalliques 3D.
