Abstract[English] The present invention relates to compositions comprising nucleic acid molecules, e.g., polynucleotides encoding a codon-optimized MAF BZIP Transcription Factor B (MafB), and/or hybrid promoters with a specific design, comprising fragments of the MafB promoter and fragments of the hEF1α promoter, which may be of interest in therapy, particularly in gene therapy.
