Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to improved methods for characterising diffusion of compounds through the skin using open flow micro-perfusion (OFM) in conjunction with Diffusion Cell apparatus, particularly static Franz Diffusion cell (FDC). The methods are in vitro methods using ex vivo skin explants.[French]
La présente invention concerne des méthodes améliorées pour caractériser la diffusion transcutanée de composés à l'aide d'une microperfusion à flux ouvert (OFM) conjointement avec un appareil de type cellule de diffusion, en particulier une cellule de Franz statique (FDC). Les procédés sont des procédés in vitro utilisant des explants de peau ex vivo.
