Abstract[English]
The present disclosure related to methods of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer comprising determining the expression level of at least four miRNAs selected from the group consisting of miR-150-5p, miR-106b-3p, miR-106a-5p, miR -125a-5p, miR-17-5p, miR-574-3p, miR-339-5p, miR-339-3p, miR-335-5p, miR-16-5p, and miR-21-5p. Selection of specific groups of patients and specific therapies can be made based on the patterns of expression observed for at least four of the disclosed biomarkers. The present disclosure also provides methods of enriching a sample obtained from a patient, diagnostic kits comprising oligonucleotides capable of hybridizing with the disclosed biomarkers.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne des méthodes de diagnostic et de traitement du cancer du sein consistant à déterminer le niveau d'expression d'au moins quatre miARN choisis dans le groupe constitué de miR-150-5p, miR-106b-3p, miR-106a-5p, miR -125a-5p, miR-17-5p, miR-574-3p, miR-339-5p, miR-339-3p, miR-335-5p, miR-16-5p, et miR-21-5p. La sélection de groupes spécifiques de patients et de thérapies spécifiques peut se fonder sur les profils d'expression observés pour au moins quatre des biomarqueurs divulgués. La présente divulgation concerne également des procédés d'enrichissement d'un échantillon prélevé sur un patient, des kits de diagnostic comprenant des oligonucléotides pouvant s'hybrider avec les biomarqueurs divulgués.
