Abstract[English]
A wheel disc including a hub located centrally within the wheel disc and defining a wheel axis. The wheel disc further including an outer circumferential edge and a transition portion radially extending between the hub and the outer circumferential edge. The transition portion has a front surface and a rear surface such that the front surface has a plurality of concentric ring-shaped first curvatures formed therein, and wherein the rear surface has a plurality of concentric ring- shaped second curvatures formed therein, thereby providing the transition portion with a variable thickness between the front and rear surfaces.[French]
L'invention concerne un disque de roue comprenant un moyeu situé au centre à l'intérieur du disque de roue et définissant un axe de roue. Le disque de roue comprend en outre un bord circonférentiel externe et une partie de transition s'étendant radialement entre le moyeu et le bord circonférentiel externe. La partie de transition a une surface avant et une surface arrière de telle sorte que la surface avant a une pluralité de premières courbures annulaires concentriques formées à l'intérieur de celle-ci, la surface arrière ayant une pluralité de secondes courbures annulaires concentriques formées à l'intérieur de celle-ci, fournissant ainsi la partie de transition avec une épaisseur variable entre les surfaces avant et arrière.
