Abstract[English]
The present disclosure discloses a plant-only composition for a food product. The plant-only composition comprises (i) about 5% to about 60% weight by volume of one or more fruits, (ii) about 2% to about 30% weight by volume of one or more plant-derived oils, (iii) about 5% to about 60% weight by volume of a plant-derived cream, and (iv) about 10% to about 60% weight by volume of a plant mucilage. The plant-only composition substitutes a fat based ingredient in the food product. The fat based ingredient may comprise any of animal fats such as butter, cheese, etc.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition végétale uniquement pour un produit alimentaire. La composition végétale uniquement comprend (i) environ 5 % à environ 60 % en poids par volume d'un ou plusieurs fruits, (ii) environ 2 % à environ 30 % en poids d'une ou plusieurs huiles dérivées de végétaux, (iii) environ 5 % à environ 60 % en poids d'une crème dérivée de végétaux, et (iv) environ 10 % à environ 60 % en poids d'un mucilage de végétaux.
