Abstract[English]
The present invention provides an isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising, or consisting of, the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, or of a nucleic acid sequence of at least 1400 bp having at least 80% identity to said sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule leads to the specific expression in mouse cortex of an exogenous gene in a particular population of CNR1-positive cells when a nucleic acid sequence coding for said exogenous gene is operatively linked to said isolated nucleic acid molecule, said particular population of CNR1-positive cells being characterized in that it also expresses EFHD1, ENPP6 and GJC2.[French]
La présente invention concerne une molécule d'acide nucléique isolée comprenant ou consistant en la séquence d'acide nucléique de SEQ ID No : 1 ou d'une séquence d'acide nucléique d'au moins 1 400 bp ayant au moins 80 % d'identité avec ladite séquence de SEQ ID No : 1, ladite molécule d'acide nucléique isolée conduisant à l'expression spécifique dans le cortex de souris d'un gène exogène dans une population particulière de cellules CNR1-positives lorsqu'une séquence d'acide nucléique codant pour ledit gène exogène est fonctionnellement liée à ladite molécule d'acide nucléique isolée, ladite population particulière de cellules CNR1-positives étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle exprime également EFHD1, ENPP6 et GJC2.
